Honiton Camera Club will collect, from its members, personal information, i.e. names, home addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses, for the following purposes:-
- To keep a record of the club’s membership
- To provide members with information about club activities
- To provide members with information about relevant photographic events, e.g. exhibitions, competitions and workshops
- To inform members of any changes to this policy
All personal information will be treated as confidential and restricted to members of the club’s committee and will not be shared with any other organisation.
