This was our second Club competition of the season with set subjects of: Colour print – “Opposites”; Mono print – “Wheels”; DPI – “In The Middle”, plus Open entries. The judge for this competition was Nigel West, who was unavoidably prevented from attending on the night, but kindly judged the entries beforehand and provided detailed critique on all images, which was presented to the meeting by Internal Competitions Member David Faulkes.
The standard of entries was high, with an interesting variety of interpretations of the set subjects. The winners were:-
Colour Set – Donna Spencer for “Opposite Ends Of Life” and “Perfect Fishing Spot” in the Open section
Mono Open – David Faulkes for “Letting Go”
Mono Set – Andy McGarty for “Faster Dad, Faster!”
DPI Open – Donna Spencer for “Hunting Mode Activated”
DPI Set – David Faulkes for “Supernatural Viewing Orbs”
