We were pleased to welcome Marija Lees as our judge for the second club competition of the season. The set subjects were: Colour print – “Creative”; Mono print – “Portrait”; DPI – “Ethereal”. There was a good number of entries from across the membership for what could be considered to be challenging subjects.
Marija gave comprehensive and fair critique, which was well received. The winners were:-
Lynda Piper for “Fading Glory” in the Colour Open section and for “Elegance in a Whirl” in Colour Set.
Andy McGarty for “Girl from the North Country” in Mono Open and for “Freshwater Pearl Earring” in Mono Set.
David Faulkes for “What’s Your Story, Islington Glory” in DPI Open.
Steve Popovic for “Mistic (Mystic)” in DPI Set.
